This Privacy Policy applies to all personal information collected by Tactical Motion Fitness and Performance (we, us or our) via the website located at www.tacticalmotionfitness.com (Website).

The kind of Personal Information that we collect from you will depend on how you use the website. We receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way. The Personal Information which we collect and hold about you may include: login credentials, payment details, email address, name, phone number, address, Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet, computer and connection information and purchase history.

We may use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page.   2. We customarily only disclose Personal Information to our service providers who assist us in operating the Website. Your Personal Information may also be exposed from time to time to maintenance and support personnel acting in the normal course of their duties.

  3. We collect Personal and Non-Personal Information to provide our Users with ongoing customer assistance and technical support

  4. We collect Personal and Non-Personal Information to be able to contact our Visitors and Users with general or personalized service-related notices and promotional messages

5.Security, Access and Correction

  1. We store your Personal Information in a way that reasonably protects it from unauthorised access, misuse, modification or disclosure. When we no longer require your Personal Information for the purpose for which we obtained in, we will take reasonable steps to destroy and anonymise or de-identify it. Most of the Personal Information that is stored in our client files and records will be kept for a maximum of 7 years to fulfill our record keeping obligations.

  2. Our website is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.

All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

  1. The Australian Privacy Principles:

    1. permit you to obtain access to the Personal Information we hold about you in certain circumstances (Australian Privacy Principle 12); and

    2. allow you to correct inaccurate Personal Information subject to certain exceptions (Australian Privacy Principle 13).

    3. Where you would like to obtain such access, please contact us in writing on the contact details set out at the bottom of this privacy policy.

    4. We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it. 

6.Complaint procedure

 

If you have a complaint concerning the manner in which we maintain the privacy of your Personal Information, please contact us as on the contact details set out at the bottom of this policy. All complaints will be considered by Barbara Tudlik and we may seek further information from you to clarify your concerns. If we agree that your complaint is well founded, we will, in consultation with you, take appropriate steps to rectify the problem. If you remain dissatisfied with the outcome, you may refer the matter to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.

7.Overseas transfer

 

Your Personal Information may be transferred to recipients in countries where the Wix website builder and host, the Stripe payment gateway, or any other third party plug-in or app used through the website is located. You consent to us transferring your Personal Information to other countries in the knowledge that if your Personal Information is mishandled in that jurisdiction, we disclaim responsibility and you will not have a remedy under Australian law.
